Business Sensitivity Training

In an effort to make Nashville one of the most accessible and disability friendly cities in the country, our staff has partnered with the Convention and Visitors Corporation.
Our staff has conducted sensitivity training with all Nashville taxi drivers, member organizations of the CVC, recruits in the police academy, Gaylord Opryland staff, and a number of smaller businesses and organizations.

Our staff brings personal experience and humor to every sensitivity training. By telling tales of good customer service and stories of times when things went horribly wrong, training participants get to hear a unique perspective: disability sensitivity training directly from individuals with disabilities.
